This early experience sparked a lifelong commitment to understanding the science of physical conditioning, nutrition, and overall wellness.

As the years progressed, our founder's journey evolved from the rigorous training mats of martial arts to the iron-clad world of weight training. Along the way, a thirst for knowledge and a desire to optimize every aspect of health led to extensive study and research into the science that underpins human performance and well-being.

With a background that includes not just practice but also contribution to scientific advancement, our founder has collaborated with and funded research at Cardiff University for several years.

This experience has instilled a deep respect for evidence-based approaches and the importance of rigorous scientific research in the pursuit of optimal health.

Before launching Bio-Logical Me Labs, our founder served as the CEO of 24 gymnasiums, where a commitment to health, fitness, and nutrition was instilled in countless individuals along with gaining a deep understanding of peoples needs.

Through this leadership, it became clear that the key to a healthy life is not just treating illness but preventing it.
